I have been nominated for the ABC Award for the third time! The ABC stands for Awesome Blog Content. And this glorious nomination was passed on to me by Dr. Angela of A Kiss of Bliss. Thank you, Angi, so much for this awesome award, for reading my blog, and finding me worthy of this humbling recognition. I am truly grateful, as well as honored!

    • Yikes! Carla, I am so sorry. I did not see this comment until now. My email was down for a few days, as the school was updating their system, so I may not have received this message. If I had, I would have let you know one way or another how I have been doing. I am relieved school is over, but super anxious about getting a job. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

    • Thank you. The awards can be a bit intimidating especially when you get bombarded with several. I know. Lol I have 4 I have yet to post, and may not post for quite some time. They do get you a lot of comments though. The main thing to know is that YOU have an awesome blog and I wanted you and everyone who visits my blog to know that. I hope you have had some new visitors as a result! =)

        • No, my sweet friend, you are Never alone unless you choose to be, and even then, there are stubborn women like myself that will not let you make that choice for long. Keep writing because it is healing. If ever you need a friend or even a stranger to sound off to or sob on, I will be happy to be there for you. Just email me or ask for my number.     • Ha-ha! I had put “fried” with the intention of adding something specific, but could not make up my mind and by the time I finished the post, I had forgotten to add anything at all. Heart of palms, eggplant, artichoke hearts, okra…to name a few. =)
